Influential in Food: Bret Thorn of Nation’s Restaurant News

There are many people who have become influential in our food system, and each and everyone of them has wisdom to share and an interesting story to tell.

This past Monday (April 15th) we sat down with Bret Thorn, Senior Editor at Nation’s Restaurant News. Bret covers anything newsworthy in the industry from features on small independent operators to overarching foodservice trends. We appreciate Bret taking the time to sit down with us and answer some questions we had for him.  Bret had a lot of great input for us and we appreciated hearing his thoughts on some of his favorite subjects – the origin of food, locally grown food, and Asian Cuisine.
